Osmania University Professor Kodandaram, who played in the agitations in getting a separate state for Telangana people, fumed on the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi party for not fulfilling their promises made during elections. The professor and TJAC chairman said that he won’t step back to protest again for the people of Telangana if the ruling party don’t keep their promises.
Kodandaram on TRS keeping him away from party:
When speaking to the media, Kodandaram urged the government in solving the problems of Telangana people rather than indulging in the political benefits. Kodandaram agreed that TRS is keeping him away from the party since the formation of new state and added that the development of the state is important than his presence in the party. The professor warned the ruling party that Telangana Joint Action Committee won’t step back in protesting if the government fails in fulfilling their promises made during elections.
